TERMS OF SERVICE

By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.PAYMENT:
- I will not start your commission until full payment is sent!- Regarding payment, I will NOT accept any kind of cryptocurrency in exchange for my art, and I will refund and block you if you try to use these.- I may charge an extra fee ($5.00-$15.00) for more complicated designs, depending on the commission type and the level of complexity. The fee may be on the higher end with animation commissions.PROCESS AND TURNAROUND:
- Commissions can be ordered through a contact method below or through a listing on my Ko-Fi! After ordering and payment, I will reach out to update you on the progress of your commission whenever it is worked on.- A sketch for your commission will be provided for you to approve. The sketch will represent the overall look of the final piece. After the sketch stage, I will provide WIPs as I work, but I will not require approval before moving on. Please feel free to let me know at any point if you'd like something changed!- If there are mistakes in the final piece, I will gladly make any needed revisions or fixes, so please let me know if I've missed anything! However, after completion, I won't change significant parts of the piece (pose, character, etc.) without extra payment. Please try to inform me about any significant changes during the sketching and lining stages.- You should expect your commission within 2-5 weeks, but it may take longer if life gets in the way. I will provide direct updates if there is a major delay! Otherwise, you are free to ask for updates at any time and I will gladly keep you posted throughout the process. You may also check my Notion queue, which is where I most actively post personal updates and commission progress!- I struggle with ADHD, which may result in inconsistent turnaround times. I offer very limited commission slots to help manage this, but I do fall behind occasionally, which may cause delays. Please keep this in mind when considering me for your commission.USAGE:
- Once the art is finished, you may use it wherever you'd like as long as you don't claim it as your own work and you are not profiting off of it. Please credit me for the art, wherever you post it or use it! Twitter is my main social and my toyhouse is @caveworfs. Please discuss with me if you are interested in commercial use!- Keep in mind that I usually post all finished commissions publicly or use them as commission examples, so please let me know if you'd prefer for your commission to remain private or if you'd like to remain anonymous!- Please ask me before making any major edits to a piece of art I've made for you. However, you are free to make minor edits such as color/hue shifts, background changes or accessory changes without asking!- Do not use my artwork for the generation of any AI imagery and do not include it in any kind of AI training database.REFUND POLICY:
Refunds may be requested at any time and are offered based on how much of your commission I've completed.
- If I have not started, you may receive a full refund.
- If I have finished sketching, you may receive a 70% refund.
- If I have finished lining, you may receive a 50% refund.
- After I have begun coloring/rendering, you may only receive a 10-25% refund.
If I cancel your commission, you will always receive a full refund!CUSTOM DESIGN RULES:
- You may change the design however you like when they're yours.- You may sell the design for no more than the price you bought them for, along with the added price of any commissioned or personal artwork.- When creating the design, I will work alongside you in hopes of creating the exact design you want. TAIL WAG

Static drawing of your character's full body with one 4-6 frame animation. A tail wag is the default, but other animations are welcome!
